    Cooperation Workflow

    • 1 Inquiry & Requirement – Share reference samples, drawings, dimensions, material request, estimated quantities, and target delivery.
    • 2 Quotation & Sampling – Receive quotation & tooling cost within 3 working days. Sampling takes 5~10 days depending on complexity.
    • 3 Sample Approval – Final approval of artwork, structure, logo, and colors. Sealed sample used as mass production benchmark.
    • 4 Contract & Scheduling – After PO confirmation, PMC plans production and shares inspection protocols.
    • 5 Traceable Manufacturing – First-article inspection + in-process quality control. Remote video inspection available.
    • 6 Final QC & Shipment – Pre‑shipment inspection (internal or third‑party like SGS) and secure delivery as per incoterms.

    • 🚢 Packaging & logistics – Export cartons + reinforced pallets, desiccant inside. We can book containers and handle export customs clearance.
    • 🔄 Claim handling – Response within 48h, with quality analysis report and rework/replacement/credit note proposals.
